Athletic clearance must be submitted online in order to try out or participate in any sport. Please click the Home Campus- Instruction link below for instructions on how to complete the clearance forms, or you can pick up instructions and physical forms in the main office. You can then click the Athletic Packet-Home Campus to complete the athletic clearance
